The Supporters Hub Leadership Certificate is a set of courses which provide relevant and mind-shifting trainings, cohorts, and learning experiences to supporter group leaders and its champions.
Why This Is Needed
Being a member of a supporter group means we are the most passionate and emotionally invested fans a club has. We live for the emotions of the game, the players, and our fellow supporters behind the goal. Also, Supporters groups are run by all volunteers. In an org that has high emotions, a lot of alchohol around, weird shit can happen. At the same time, it is where the most beautiful things can happen.
Every clubs supporters groups are full of amazing people who can bring incredible atmosphere, their passion, and full voice to their teams. The training here is built to make the job of organizing that atmosphere, that passion, and that voice easier for leaders and better for your members.
For many in SG leadership it is one of their first volunteer leadership stints. This training can make the difference that ensures the experience is an entirely positive one.

Learning and Innovation Center
The Supporters Hub will provide everything from webinars to full day events to drive leadership development and management expertise to support SG leaders in running the best volunteer group they can.
Resource Hub
Whether members need technology referrals, tools, capacity resources, or general support The Supporters Hub will provide community and resources to help.
Grant Programs
The Supporters Hub, as a 501c3 will be able to provide specific grants to SGs for their work as well as obtain granted services and products which members will be able to utilize in their work.
Sponsored Cohort Programs
Partnering with philanthropy and other nonprofit capacity-building programs we design experiences rooted in connection and skill growth.
